This is the best Methylated B complex I have found. I like that it has all 3 - forms of B12 and the B6 is in the P-5-P form and folate instead of folic acid is so important. If you have genetic polymorphisms or you don’t everyone’s body will absorb in these forms. Thanks for making a great product. We also sue the sublingual drops with folate and B12 and they are also great.

I think this is a good vitamin. I b ought because I heard it will help with stopping the ringing in my ears. I have only been taking the BioActive Vitamin B Complex for 2 weeks and have not noticed a difference with the ringing in my ears. I feel like I need to give it a few more weeks. I feel like it is easy to take and it is not as hard on my stomach as other vitamin b's that I have taken. That is a plus. I feel the value for this vitamin B is good, and I like the capsule better then the hard vitamins. They are easier for me to take. I think if you are look for a vitamin B, this is a good one to give a try.

Not sure how well these work, but the box had an empty candy wrapper stuck to it so I’m sorta scratching my head at quality control. The box and bottle were sealed but come on, a candy wrapper?? Really??
