I absolutely love this powder. I’m 9 months postpartum and was taking it even while pregnant. You can definitely feel how it helps. On top of that it’s delicious and smooth tasting. It does get thick if you leave it sitting. Definitely make when you can finish it. Great product all in all.

I have read great reviews about the taste but must say this disappointed me the most. The vanilla flavor isn't bad, but it's not great. And the texture is thick and grimy. I tried with different types of milk and water and in the end the best blend seems to be coconut milk with berries. I do like the ingredients though and also that it includes Choline. It's expensive for how much you get however, and I will be looking for another product going forward.

Obsessed with this protein! I used to hate the texture of protein until I found this one! Very smooth and tastes delicious. I also felt very good taking this knowing it has wholesome ingredients for prenatal and postnatal. Worth your money! Great texture and smell and mixes very well.
