Well-balanced nutrition
To be honest, I’m not a fan of the flavor and the powder is somewhat chalky going down. However, I’m vegetarian and needed to find a good source of choline and other protein/amino acids to support my growing baby.- Regarding flavor, I’m 7 weeks 5 days along and my food aversions are at an all-time high. I’m pretty sure I still wouldn’t like the flavor even if I weren’t pregnant, but I’m still able to finish the shake, which is impressive given my current experiences with every other food on the planet so far. I’ve been experimenting with different recipes: berry smoothie is decent but you can still taste the powder pretty strongly; frozen chai is better, but not ideal if you’re trying to limit caffeine intake to a minimum; frozen lemonade is the best! I’ve been mixing ice, condensed milk, lemonade, and one scoop of protein powder and not only does the taste become more palatable, but if you’re craving sour this combo just might actually be enjoyable.- Texture is not going to be easy to get past. It’s chalky, no matter what, and goes down like sandy water. I have found that blending the powder into an icy drink, like the lemonade above, helps to ~slightly~ disguise this- Nutrition is the main reason I got this powder, and why it still gets 5 stars despite flavor and texture not being perfect. The powder has some of the highest choline content I’ve found (45% DV). It also compliments the Ritual brand prenatal capsules, which I’ve been taking at the same time. I already analyzed their nutrition labels, and none of the values go over the recommended amounts when taken in combination. All in all, I’m satisfied with the product and will continue using throughout my pregnancy and breastfeeding

Great ingredients for pregnancy and general health
I’ve been using this protein powder for well over a year now. It’s expensive considering it’s only about 15 days worth but I tend to try buy when there are offers. We’ve been trying for a baby so we wanted to ensure our life style habits were good. The protein content on this is great for a meal. I usually combine with spinach, blueberries, banana and almond butter for my breakfast so I don’t really think about the texture or smell. But I do love it. You can make it your own.

Overpowering Taste
Added to a smoothie with mixed frozen berries, sugar free almond milk, and spinach. This protein powder has a super overpowering taste. Would not recommend, discarded after one use.

I love it so far and I just got it !
I really love this ! The instructions say to mix 1 scoop into 8-12 Oz of any liquid .. but it was way to thick and a bit grainy (it doesnt mix well with a spoon or whisk) ... so I did the O.G milkshake into a 28 Oz of milk and ice jar and blended it and OMGGGGGGG still a delicious sweet thick milkshake .. I'm currently 36 weeks almost 37 weeks pregnant so I thought it was perfect since I have zerooooo appetite and this held up my hunger so far.. and it boosted my energy instantly.. I Will post a follow up but so far so goood !

OBSESSED WITH THIS PROTEIN
I've tried every "clean protein" out there- most are chalky, not tested for heavy metals or filled with junk (yes even the "clean" ones).I am 100% in love with this. For 1- the choline- for 2- they test for impurities. My kids love this- (I know it says for adults, but I don't give them anywhere near a scoop)It's perfect, would be good if you did a vanilla strawberry with freeze dried strawberries or if you guys added a good dose of vitamin C to it.Honestly love the product!

Overrated
I do not understand the hype around this product. The taste is not as good as every makes it out to be. I see a lot of influencers recommending this product but I just do not love it. The texture is gritty even when blended and it's fairly pricey compared to other high quality powders on the market. it doesn't mix that well but i will say it is easy on the stomach! Good for digestion so that was nice.

Fantastic Macros and Tastes Great!
I'm picky with my protein and don't usually like vanilla flavors. The flavor of the Ritual Prental Protein is mild and reminds me of vanilla cake batter. It's enjoyable and I don't have to gag it down. I'm still trying to keep my macros pretty balanced in pregnancy and getting 100 grams of protein (or close to it) daily is important to me. This protein powder really helps with that and will continue to purchase it for the rest of my pregnancy and probably afterwards too when I'm planning to breastfeed.

I love it! And it has been working with my first trimester symptoms
I'm in my first trimester and it has been a rough road—morning sickness 24/7 and I have found it difficult to eat and get what me and baby needs. I'm very thankful for this protein powder. I've been mixing it with 1 cup of frozen fruit and 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk each morning and so far, so good. I highly recommend it. The taste is subtle...sometimes I'll add a dash of honey to the smoothie as well, but if you use sweetened almond milk, you likely won't need the honey. Get it!
