Partner has huge nose, helps him not snore!
I've always had trouble breathing through my nose, which not only disrupted my sleep but also left me feeling restless and fatigued. In search of a solution, I decided to give nasal strips a try, and I must say, they have been nothing short of fabulous. The difference they've made is remarkable. I'm now able to breathe effortlessly through my nose, eliminating the need to resort to mouth breathing during the night. This newfound ability has resulted in much better quality sleep, leaving me feeling more refreshed and energised in the mornings. One notable feature of these nasal strips is their strong adhesive. While this ensures that the strips stay in place throughout the night, it can sometimes make removal a bit uncomfortable. However, the temporary discomfort is a small price to pay for the benefits they provide. Not only have these nasal strips been a game-changer for me, but they've also had a positive impact on my partner's sleep quality. His tendency to snore, attributed to his larger nose size, has significantly reduced since using these strips, much to both of our delight. In conclusion, if you're someone who struggles with nasal congestion or snoring, I highly recommend giving these nasal strips a try. They're effective, comfortable to wear, and can make a world of difference in achieving a good night's sleep for both you and your partner.

Great for running
Good quality and work well for running. Easy to apply and stay on most of the time, though sometimes come unstuck due to sweat. Instantly opens up the airways allowing me to breathe through my nose easily. I have also used them on occasion for sleeping, but haven’t noticed much of a difference in sleep quality.

Excellent.
These work brillliantly, stopped my snoring, and I feeel a bit more refreshed when waking up.Make sure you wash your nose though to remove natural oil from your skin so they ahere properly and stay on all night.

Excellent
They work really well. I have tried the small and large sizes. I think the larger ones are probably better. Just make sure that you wash and dry your nose before use, else they don't stick very well. They really helped open my airways!Update. My second box of large are definitely less sticky than the first and are a waste of time as they peal off in a couple of hours. I have ordered a second box of medium to see if these are sticky.

Breathe easy and sleep better with Breathe Right Nasal Strips.
If you have breathing difficulties, you will notice the difference the moment you put them on. The main selling point is to help you breathe during sleep, and I can confirm it will help you get a more restful night. It works by pulling open the nostrils, allowing for more airflow. I have had the clear ones and I can say that the tanned ones are better as they do not cause the same amount of irritation when you've taken them off.The adhesion on the strips is pretty good, it could be stronger, although that would make them more difficult to get off and perhaps irritate more.I think they may be pricey as if you wore them every day for a year it would cost you £130, but they are certainly better than the cheaper alternatives you can find on Amazon.Overall, I do recommend trying them out by buying the 10pc tanned strips, and from then, purchasing the 30pc packs when needed.

Ineffective and amazon doesn’t allow returns
This are bloody awful, they don’t stick well or open your nasal passages much either and what’s worst is you can’t even return the item, that isn’t stated when buying, avoid at all costs, over priced, won’t be buying ever again, Amazon doesn’t do returns on it and to get more customer support doesn’t work either; I’m going to try and ring again tomorrow to get through, as I’ve brought a few boxes and they are no good to me at all.

Right Size, and Strong But Gentle
I wanted to take my time before reviewing this product allow me to test it out properly. At first they seemed a little large so I cut them but you don't need to do that... they are exactly the right size; you just need to position them correctly! Also the main USP about this brand is you can remove the nose strip without hurting the skin. They last all night but you don't feel like you're stressing your skin on removal.

Doesn't entirely stop the snoring, but helps me breathe and sleep better
Bought because I was fed up with my husband whining about my snoring (but to be fair, he did record me the other night before these arrived and it did sound pretty bad!) I have a bad habit of breathing through my mouth, not my nose, and even sleeping on my side never helps. As soon as I put one of the strips on I could feel my nose clearing miraculously. They stick well and stay on all night. According to my husband, it doesn't stop the snoring entirely, but I no longer sound like a hippopotamus stuck in mud and he can live with it.The problem is, last night, I reverted to type, but that's probably because it was the end of the week, I was tired and I had a Guinness (which always sends me off) and reused the same strip twice, so it was less effective. 10 strips at £4 a pop is a bit pricey! So I plan to buy another product with more strips and wear two instead of one and see if that works. I don't like the idea of mouth guards and mouth strips and I can only sleep with one pillow, so elevating my head is out. Can't think of any other ideas other than sleeping in another room and I don't want to do that!
