DEFINITELY GOOD FOR MORE THAN SINGLE USE!! And I sleep so much better!!
These are definitely good for more than one use, just an fyi for anyone who has a tight budget like I do. I easily get 3-5 nights each by using them on a clean face and using witch hazel on my nose right before use. Once the witch hazel dries, it leaves a completely clean surface that helps it stick without drying my skin out. When I wake up in the morning, I peel it off and stick it back into the packaging (without the tabs). I also do bend it in half before peeling the tabs off, so that it pulls a little less and is less likely to pop off after the first use.So now about the product itself, they’ve become a lifesaver. I didn’t realize some of my breathing issues at night were related to my nostrils collapsing while I sleep (narrow nose, and my septum is collapsed inside from a broken nose I had a decade ago. I’ve avoided another surgery so far, thanks to these strips). Also, because I’m 45 and notice every new wrinkle line that pops on my face, I personally use these lower than it says to because wearing it higher was giving me slight lines 😂. But this might not be an issue for others since face/nose shapes are different for everyone. Either way, they get the job done and I’m sleeping SO MUCH BETTER.So yes, I highly recommend these to anyone who needs to breathe a bit better when they sleep.

Breathing Again
I've been having issues breathing through my nose lately and decided to try the Breathe Right strips. They are absolutely amazing and it does help open my nasal passages ever so slightly. The adhesive is very efficient, however my tip is to dry your nose of any facial oil prior to application. Highly recommended.

Breath Freely
Well it says it in the name "Breath Right". I use them for a deviated septum and keeps my nasal passage open throughout the night. They hold really well just make sure to wash face so the stick and stay on. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are a pain to take off.

They work great!
I like these. I had deviated septum surgery and that helped but I still need a little more airflow than what that surgery allowed me, to be able to sleep well at night. And this variety of these strips is a little longer than the other varieties, which helps out with my size of nose. I use one nightly and they do a good job of staying on and dramatically improving air flow all night. It helps to fully blow your nose and wipe the outside of your nose of any water or oils. And if you just got out of the shower, wait 15 minutes for water and moisture to dry before applying them.

Effective but Too Harsh – Stick to the Regular Version
I've been a long-time user of Breathe Right Nasal Strips, and they’ve truly made a huge difference in how I sleep—especially during allergy season or when I have a cold. They help open up my nasal passages and noticeably reduce snoring. So when I saw the Extra Strength version, I figured I’d give it a try. While it absolutely worked as intended and kept my airways open, the adhesive was way too strong. When I went to remove it, it almost ripped the skin off my nose. It left my skin irritated and red, which is definitely not something I want to deal with—especially if I’m using these nightly. So while I can’t fully knock the product (it does work), I’d personally stick with the regular version, which is much gentler and still very effective. Breathe Right strips really are a life-changing solution for better sleep—just not this extra strength version for me.

Not good anymore. Weak an overpriced
Considering that Breathe Right was the first brand to come out with these many years ago I've always considered them to be the default go to nasal strip when not sure about buying an untested off brand or store brand nasal strip. However, their price over the years and especially since they got bought out sometime back by GSK the price has been ridiculously high and of course the numbers included in the box have shrunk. Recently there was a discount for these so I purchased a box of supposedly extra strength and all that and they are absolutely garbage. In the disgusting endless pursuit of profit above all else, they are now thinner and smaller and even the nylon band that provides the lift to the sides of your nose is thinner and weaker. So in response to this I went back to buying the extra strength tan Equate nasal strips from Walmart. Apparently they're not available in store anymore so they'll have to be ordered online but they have free shipping so not really a big deal if you plan ahead. Do not get the clear Equate nasal strips as they do not work nearly as well. Not sure why but I've experimented more than once with these. Besides the equate tan extra strength nasal strips there are some sold on Amazon that are about $16 for 50 and they are black and they were way better than the breathe right ones as they are bigger and have more lift on your nose. I will be buying these and the Equate for now on I definitely. Please do not waste your money on any of the other ones because if they're cheap trust me it's a piece of paper over Band-Aid adhesive and nothing more. And don't mix up the good black ones with the crappy black ones as I did trying them out. There's a lesser black one that's just a black piece of paper on a Band-Aid basically and they do absolutely nothing besides not sticking more than 30 minutes. In regardless of whatever brand you buy always make sure to clear your entire nose of any oil whatsoever. I use half strength rubbing alcohol with wintergreen and even squeeze my pores to get any excess oil out and I've noticed that my nasal strips stay on a lot longer even throughout the day following the night I put them on. Formal paper dinner napkins actually work best for this because you can not only tear them in half but you can fold them and use the other side. They'ralso not that expensive.
