Good for Fair Skin Tone
It's good for white toned people as it leaves white cast on brown skin or wheatish skin...The quality is pretty good it makes skin look like glass like, pretty smooth and neat.

Product comes damaged (positive - product good & replaced quickly)
The garnier bright complete vitamin c cream came in a damaged condition. Inside the product box, the cream had leaked out and become a white paste stuck on the outside of container. I don't know if it was initially defective, due to mis-handling at the warehouse or damaged during transport and delivery. On a positive, plus point they, both, Amazon and the seller, quickly shipped and replaced the defective product after a picture was submitted.
