THESE HELP OUT SO WELL BUT OF COURSE STILL TAKE MEDICATIONS SPECIFICALLY FOR MIGRAINES I GET AND THESE GEL SHEETS ADD XTRA RELIEF WHILE TRYING TO SLEEP INSTEAD OF BURNING UP AND HEAD POUNDING IN MORE PAIN,IT CALMS IT DOWN A BIT.ICE PACKS I,VE TRIED AND DO NOT WORK AS WELL AS USING THESE GEL SHEETS BY BEKOOOL WORK THE BEST BUT DO'NT TRUST THESE OTHER BRANDS WHERE YOU MAY GET MORE AND IS CHEAPER BUT WILL END UP BEING NOT THE BEST CHOICE TO CHOOSE.

These are wonderful during a migraine on the forehead or back of the neck. They also work well to help stop the progression of a headache before the migraine itself is trigged for me. Cool and easy. They have a gooey texture that kind of sticks to your forehead without it actually having any adhesive. Doesn’t leave unpleasant residue or have any strong odor unless you place the blue gel side directly under your nose (no reason for that). When it starts to lose the cooling sensation, you can peel it off, lightly blow across it, laying on your head again and the cool effect is back. Each pad lasts me several hours but does need to be peeled off and “recharged” a moment from time to time. Truly a godsend. My husband even found use for one after a work dinner which wine was served (not a wine drinker-instant headache). He was amazed at how well it made him feel before he even took any medicine at all.

These are amazing when you have a headache. They are a great price here compared to a walgreens or Walmart. They will last for at least 8 hrs, great quality.

I use these frequently due to health issues (body doesn't regulate temp correctly at times, so I feel too hot quickly). They help bring temperature right back down. They're also great for headaches.Do be warned, though, as it can be a shock when first applying it to your skin.You can put them in the fridge for a boost to the cooling effect but this will definitely "shock" you with how cool it'll feel (I personally can handle it but others in my family cannot).There's a very VERY slight menthol-type smell but it is not strong or overpowering at all and is hardly noticeable. The size is perfect to cover your forehead and not get into your hair and/or eyebrows. They do seem not as sticky/clingy as some I've gotten prior but they do stay stuck once applied.You cannot put it on, remove, and reapply... it will not stick correctly. You'll know when it's no longer doing anything as the blue gel stuff will be super thin, the outer backing (white part) will have wrinkling, and it's no longer giving a cooling effect.... this is usually after anywhere from 6-9 hours for me.You can leave it on until it is used up then remove (peel off) and simply throw it away.Be sure when you open the pouch you tear it across the top as close to the edge as possible, remove one, then roll down the pouch ensuring it's closed tightly to not allow the other one to dry out. They can (and do) dry out if left open/exposed to air.

I used these under my wedding dress recently because we decided to get married in June…in the desert…and of heat. Plus, my dress was several layers, so I was afraid I was going to have a heat stroke from walking across the room. Enter, these patches! I put one vertically on the back of my neck (my half up hairstyle covered the patch well), one on my lower back, and one on each hip under my chub-rub shorts. They stayed on for the whole 45 min ceremony, 1 hour photo session after, and the entire 4 hour reception, and I was able to regulate my temperature despite all the fabric on my dress. Not the usual use for these, but brides gotta do what a brides gotta do haha

I love these things. If you haven't tried them, I'd suggest doing so. They're not a magic cure in the least, but boy do they help.

These are quite effective for my headaches and migraines. My only complaint is the sheet doesn’t fit perfectly as I have a small forehead, so there is always a little bit hanging off on one side of my forehead. It can also use a bit more staying power (stickiness?). I’ve found that if I wipe my face with a face wipe/cloth before applying, it seems to stay on better. I’m also going to try placing a sheet in the freezer for a few minutes or more and then use so I can experience a lot more of the cooling sensation ahhhhhh.

You can get quite a long of these pads. Given I am 6'2" with a large forehead, the pad covers up most of the areas on my forehead. As for the cooling effect, placing the pads in the fridge for like 20 minutes, the effect becomes pretty strong, and lasts for a couple hours. Highly recommended!
