So far it is coming along. I am giving it a few more weeks to see how I feel & see a different in my health.

I’m trying this supplement so is to early to know how good it is

Urolithin (a nutritional supplement) contains several metabolic booster's that improve my energy greatly.One of its component's, as I understand, is a compound "NADH" that is part of the cycle in the body that stores energy in chemical form and releases it as necessary. ["ATP" is another chemical energy storage compound - "Adenosine Tri-Phosphate"]. "NADH" does make sense by increasing its concentration to give more energy, in theory.

This is a very powerful and affordable supplement to support cells and healthy aging and energy levels. It has increased my energy but I bought it for long-term healthy aging. The price is amazing for the quality. I just bite into the capsule slightly to release a little of its neutral-tasting liquid so I can easily swallow. Highly recommend.

Excellent source for Urolithin A. I feel great energy when taking, and notice when I forget to take. I'm on my 3rd bottle and won't be without it! Easy to swallow capsules, bonus that it is made in the USA. Good value for the combo supplement.

I just received my second bottle of this supplement and noticed several differences that raised concerns. Unlike the first bottle, the expiration date on this one is printed only on the outer box, not on the bottle itself. More importantly, the tablets are completely different — they’re harder, rounder, and no longer soft and elongated like in my previous order.This inconsistency makes me question whether I received a different batch or potentially a counterfeit product. I would greatly appreciate clarification from the seller or manufacturer.

I've taken all the supposed ingredients in this supplement before and never had a problem. With this I had palpitations, increased pulse rate, increased blood pressure. No returns, of course, so wasted money.
